OPEN POSITIONS

Autism Support Technician/RBT

You’ll work closely with our Training Coordinator and talented management team. You’ll be matched with an experienced therapist and taught all of the skills you’ll need to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). IBAA offers entry-level positions at two expanding locations (both in Kokomo, IN). You’ll have the opportunity to work at our Early Learning Center (ages 2-7 years) or our Intermediate Learning Center (ages 7+ years)
