Indiana Behavior Analysis Academy (IBAA) is a locally owned and operated ABA provider committed to offering high-quality, individualized services that put children and families first. Our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that helps each learner build meaningful skills and make progress toward greater independence.
At IBAA, we recognize that every learner and family is different. Treatment is designed around each child’s unique strengths, needs, and goals, with experienced clinical leadership supporting high standards of quality, ethical practice, and evidence-based care.
IBAA supports children across a range of ages, developmental levels, and support needs. Treatment and learning opportunities are thoughtfully designed to promote meaningful progress in areas such as communication, social interaction, daily living skills, behavior, and independence.
Throughout the therapy day, learners receive one-on-one support while also having opportunities to participate in planned group learning activities. The level of support is based on each learner’s individual needs, allowing children to build skills at their own pace while gaining experience participating with others. These structured opportunities help prepare learners for greater independence and successful participation in school, home, and community settings.
Our Mission
At Indiana Behavior Analysis Academy (IBAA), we assist autistic children as they obtain the skills needed to successfully navigate their lives and grow to become more independent, happy young adults. Through the implementation of the principles of applied behavior analysis, we systematically introduce skill acquisition programs and behavior interventions that best prepare children for transitions into their schools and community based activities. We recognize the importance of working closely with families, educators, medical professionals, and community organizations as we structure each child’s program to address their individual needs.
